Scott Edwards Architecture has designed Hotchkiss Residence in Vancouver, Washington. Hotchkiss Residence by Scott Edwards Architecture, is located on the banks of the Columbia River in Vancouver, Washington. Houses exemplifies contemporary northwest vernacular in his 2000 sf. The one level house, built for some retirees, was placed on the site to maximize views to the river south. A large overhangs create a dynamic living space open and create a sufficient overhang to protect from the harsh sun rays penetrate the interior of the house.
