Modern Small House Design of Resonance by Kouichi Kimura
June 10th, 2010 - Posted in Small House DesignThis is a small house design for couples, children and cats, location in Aichi, Japan by FORM Kouichi / Kimura Architect. Clients stay for a long time in an old house that was built on the site. As homes get older, they decided to build a new home.
With this background, the proposal was made to build “a house with a fresh feeling around the familiar”. External appearance was founded by some of the volume of the assembly and color layout. Careful color settings from volume to volume to give the depth of the façade, and also produces an effective sequence for masuk.Migrasi door light and shadow, creating space and resonance with each other lives, and add richness.
For the internal configuration, stair and ceiling open, placed in the center as the core of the building, surrounded by each room and courtyard. Material, color and light in accordance with each room chosen to express the very design of space. Consequently, sterically space up and create horizontal migration, which mixes different textures of materials, colors, and lights together, succeeded in producing a variety of feelings.
