Robert Mills Architect designed the house Sulut Avenue in Melbourne, Australia. Philosophy from the beginning of the project is to create a contemporary family mansion. This is necessary to accommodate the client’s love of entertaining, extensive collection of their art and the desire to connect to the natural environment outside. Interior and exterior living and entertaining space on the ground floor sitting side by side, separated by glass walls floor to ceiling and sliding doors. The doors open to a pool 25 feet round, which runs the length of the building and provide a natural evaporative cooling to the living area.

Ave North Sulawesi project reflects the RMA’s unfaltering commitment to marry form with function purity, and the belief that the right balance of architecture, interior design and landscaping will always create a really great house. Cubic structure enables crisp oak 80 year old property should be celebrated as a focal point for the main living, dining and bedroom areas. A sharp palette of white walls with American oak joinery and flooring slate create space, clean quiet from which to see the trees change with the seasons honorable past.

RMA dedication to accurate in all material detailing is evident throughout the interior of the house, at any time luxury of space was a priority. This detailing has created an elegant simplicity to the house – do not need a flashy makeup to be beautiful, comfortable or practical. Monochromatic palette and 3.5 meter ceiling provides for art galleries large and small together to play a key role, while the liquid form of centrally positioned spiral staircase, which connects the ground floor to the first and second level, providing a striking statue elements cubic interior contrasts with the character.
Energy-efficient features include intelligent lighting systems and oversized motorized exterior window grille, which provides natural light and ventilation.
