Jakob Bader Architecture have designed the House V in Munich-Unterfoehring, Germany. House V is a large house in a small plot of land and a smaller budget. Outside it was very red and on the inside of a very raw. The house is well insulated and include geothermal pumps and air handling systems to minimize operating costs and maintenance. House V is not specifically an “Environment” house but just simple and smart.

Arrival in House V is from the South. Cars are not hidden in the garage, but the story is shown below cantilever width of the house that provides adequate protection from the elements. This cantilever houses a large study and below the main entry to the house and also separate entry which is a shortcut to the attic space.

16M long home runs to the North. Living space in the north closed on three sides by glass and outside the park. Here the planning of the house became clear. Open living room, kitchen and dining room arranged like a basilica with a kitchen in the middle, high change our time. The master bedroom and terrace hidden just above the living room in the attic, which reminds the park-winter: from one bed to watch starry night sky, snow flakes or a plane.

In the north, there are seemingly endless views of the wilderness through the apple trees and clumps I. extraordinary. Land here is interesting to bordering reserves protected by the state from building the future because the infrastructure running through it. British aristocrats of the 19th century turned also to build their country back to the North, to emphasize his view into the park is bathed in southern light. In Germany it is very rare and strange.

House V  outside the T-forms are reflected on the inside: the central service zone bounded on two sides by a larger family room. Central zone, including the stairs, two bathrooms and two dressing rooms, a library and an internal channel connecting the upper floor to the basement. In the basement there is a lot of storage space and a very important control room, the basement of contemporary sacred house where the control technology for the home is located. Adjustment for this is with the touchscreen controls, internet and the iPhone to make changes when out and about.

Building Houses V is the specific challenge in itself. Strict rules of the board can not be compromised: for example, the big story is officially called simply a sloping roof space. Setback from the boundary was also faced with a very graceful.

modern house V but not a perfectionist. This is outside the statue and the symbolic and the material and even rude, unlike many other contemporary houses of smooth, sexy and dead boring. House V is a human. The details are not spectacular but casual concept: as the layout, it is the harmony intact volumes, facades, structures, technical configuration and inner organization.
