Here is a description of Smith Designs: Project 910 is the culmination of a series of fully equipped suites are designed for local developers. Penthouse suite serves as a display for personal development condos before purchased recently. 3300 plus square feet of floor area almost the size of the deck is designed for professionals who love entertaining couples. The “Kitchen Theatre” is raised to allow views into Victoria Harbour and the Olympic Mountains, and provides a high bar-seating area to a lower Family Room. The main TV climbed out of the low sideboard in Family Room and lowering of the site to preserve the views to downtown. This is also tied into the system-wide suite of home automation.
The suite features a sophisticated chic and finishing with granite floors, honed granite counter tops, anthracite stained millwork and stainless steel equipment and backsplash in the kitchen, and custom hand finished polished plasters on a big field and in the Powder Room. The Living Room features a custom gas fireplace finished in 360 º mirror-polished stainless steel. This custom fireplace is designed and built in cooperation with the Fravashi Ironworks and Majestic Mechanical and provides spectacular flames up through the glass sparkling, judging from all the main residence. gas supply to the fireplace is only available through the ceiling, making it a real challenge for engineers.
The North-East Bedroom features sliding glass partition that separates the bathroom and sleeping areas provide a continuous glass wall when closed, which reflects the views and allows room to feel much larger. This room is ideal for taking advantage of the morning sunrise. The South-West Bedroom has views of the mountain and a big flash of sunset. Each room has a full walk-in closet and bathroom in the room next to the pulpit which was obtained for heavy rain tanks and double sinks.
