The Riverdale Loft was a remodeling project handled by Beauparlant Design in a former printing press factory in Toronto, Canada. Originally, the building had been switched into some lofts many times ago. However, the old design demanded it to be improved so that it can become a more comfortable area for living without losing the original design of the building.

The building has had open space design with more spacious rooms. The architects should design the lofts to be more efficient and flexible as a living space. Then the architects applied some finishing colors that give sense of modern and flexibility. Modern and qualified furniture was applied to improve the coziness. Besides the living area, a kitchen was designed under the staircase with modern kitchen design. Therefore, the old loft has been remodeled to become a modern, comfortable, and good looking living space today. via
