This gallery house is a house that is functioned as a dwelling as well as a gallery where the owners can collects, live with and also take care of the art collections. The owners of the gallery house are mathematician and virologist. They wanted a house where they can exhibit their art collections and also their friends’ so the house also becomes semi public gallery. Besides, the gallery house should also comfortable and healthy enough with a penthouse garden where they also can display some sculptures. The gallery house also exhibits the art works till two upper floors of the house.

Designed by Ogrydziak Prillinger Architects, the gallery house is also built with much concern to the weather and climate of San Francisco that is commonly varied. The house is warm enough to protect and shelter the owners from the cold fog. Besides, the gallery house is also opened to let the natural light and breezes entering the house. The lush park and city views are also well connected to the gallery house so that the owners can enjoy the beautiful landscapes. via
