The Bay Garden Residencies by Atelier Feichang Jianzhu

The Bay Garden Residencies architecture was designed by Atelier Feichang Jianzhu in Qingpu District, Shanghai. Exploring the beauty of the 43 hectares fishpond and good ecological environment, twenty houses were built on the Island B in five types as large as 514 to 1022 square meters.
The architecture design is strongly explored the natural and cultural values; a well designed architecture as comfortable villa to stay with beautiful natural views. Each villa was designed with good organizing of natural light and ventilation, perfect architecture design to fit the rainy and humid climate, as well as the awesome panoramic views that can be enjoyed from the inside. Besides, a courtyard is also completed each of the villas to enjoy some outdoor entertainment as well as the awesome views of garden bay.
The building architecture was designed in traditional style but using contemporary materials for the construction such as aluminum alloy doors, grey stone, steel channel for the wall frames, windows and roofing. via
