Concrete House 1

This concrete house is a refurbishment project done by Ogrydziak/Prillinger Architects to the old house brick and cast concrete house originally built in 1974. The original building is sized 7000sqf; it was built for a single coupe with open plan design around a courtyard as the center.

The concrete house is remodeled to be more practical for the family as well as expanding the features of the original house and make better the finishing. To make the space more flexible, some parts of the concrete house are reorganized as well, including the living space, bathrooms, and also kitchen.

The opened plan design of the concrete house gives beautiful views that can be enjoyed from the inside. Like the sliding glass doors in the living room that give the view of swimming pool and extend it to the terrace. The new kitchen is designed with folding doors that can be opened or closed for more formal occasions. The concrete house is also refurbished with three new bedrooms. More details were added to the new bedrooms; make it better looking. via
