The Oaxaca House and Studio is a pretty and well designed house owned by a plastic artist and designed by Taller de Arquitectura-Mauricio Rocha. Built into two storeys, the house has a terrace on the upper floor; it is the roof of the first level and connected by stairs.

A large garden is well expanded surrounds the house giving beautiful panorama that can be enjoyed both from inside and out. The studio is placed on the north, meanwhile the breakfast room in the west. Furthermore, the terrace is a comfortable area for relaxing while enjoying the garden view; the house becomes curtain for the terrace blocking too much sunlight.

The color palettes finished the house also determines the beauty. The exterior is finished in red and ochre on the clay tile floor, tezontle wall, and also the patio; making beautiful harmony with the colorful flowers in the garden.
