This is another new project of A-Cero Architects; a series of exclusive residences for a single family living space. Located in the north of Madrid, the luxury house will be a perfect residence with the luxurious and complete facilities to be enjoyed by the homeowners.

The exclusive residences will consist of two main areas; they are living area and sleeping area. In the living area, it will certainly consist of a longue or living room, a dining room, a kitchen, as well as an outdoor swimming pool that is connected to the longue and dining room. Meanwhile the sleeping area, it will consist of bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as wardrobe rooms. The exclusive residences will also have a basement for a cinema, storage rooms, massage room, laundry and playing room.

There will two entrances into the exclusive residence; the first one is in the ground floor as the pedestrian access, and the second one is for the road access to the garage. The master bedroom will be in the first floor, facilitated by a master bathroom, two closets, and a terrace.
