The Oberen Berg House is a modern house design in minimalist style but still get great concern to the low energy consumption. Located in Stuttgart, Germany, the house has been designed beautifully and eco-friendly by Alexander Brenner.
The modern house has some uniqueness in the design; it has an additional building of white cubes in the northeast side. It looks separated from the main house when looked closely. The modern house gets much daylight for the glass walls in most of the parts; such as the entrance hall that gets the garden and swimming pool view.
Furthermore, the modern house was also designed to be the multi generational one so that it will be more flexible to fulfill the needs of occupants of rooms and the interior design without doing any refurbishment. Besides, the great energy concept makes the modern house perfect. The modern house is completed by large solar system on the roof, dark floors combined with glass walls for passive solar gains, as well as the geothermal heat pump. Via
