This beautiful modern concrete home designed by Marcio Kogan is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil with an area of 890 m2 and 995 m2 built area locations. This house was created to lead the fresh air coming into the house. open space to garden and pond to be the solution to make the room more comfortable. Living room, TV room and kitchen extension is a space that opens space. This house has two volumes. The first is a lower volume of which consists of the kitchen and living room completely open internal space for both sides. Second is the volume of which contains a private area with a bedroom. Meanwhile, on the third floor, there is some use of the living room together with the upper deck.
