A Residence Surrounded by Hills by A-Cero

It is designed in double height distribution so that it reserves the original roughness of the land. Besides, the residence serves the awesome views of the Galician landscape. Built in 5000 square meters of plot, the residence stands on the sloping area of Loureda Valley. The unordinary topography lets the house designed in two distinct areas and heights so that it has two entrances on both levels; the ground floor gets the entrance from the garden and the upper level gets from a walkway.
On the ground floor of the residence, it is placed the main entrance, living room, dining room and lounge with double height ceiling, kitchen, as well as garage. Meanwhile, three bedrooms (including the master bedroom) are placed on the upper floor of the residence. It is connected by a wooden staircase from the living room. To synchronize the nature surroundings, the residence is designed with much light and shade as well as the using of natural materials such as the granite for the fireplace. The residence’s monolayer mortar façade is finished in white as the solution for the climate. via
