The beautiful sunrise and sunset views can also be fully enjoyed from the villa for the perpendicular axis of the house and the peninsula. The awesome beach view is gotten by each bedroom of the villa. A walled terrace is designed for each bedroom with an outdoor shower.

Glass panels are applied for the west and south façade of the villa in order to maximize the opened bay view. Pennsylvania limestone is the material applied to frame the glass panels; something that connects the villa with the nature surroundings.
