July 14th, 2011 - Posted in Featured, Interior Design, Restaurant Interior DesignThe Tsujita Restaurant in Los Angeles, California has a striking interior design especially the ceilings. A Japanese designer named Takeshi Sano has designed the restaurant ceiling attractively cloud details from thousands of wooden sticks.
The cloud details of the restaurant ceiling are the unique ideas gotten by the designer from IZUMO shrine; a well known shrine in Shimane Japan that has beautiful but mysterious cloud images. Then the designer drew the beauty of the cloud into the restaurant ceiling by arranging 25 thousands wooden sticks that are like drum sticks.
The restaurant ceiling is designed as well as possible to be like the real wooden clouds. The designer calculated the length and the distance well so that the sticks can shape the clouds. The restaurant ceiling is a work of the designer with high value of art. This is something that commonly showed by the designer in every interior design of him. The wooden cloud of restaurant ceiling is the way of the designer to bring Japanese atmosphere into the restaurant. via
