The Mercantile Lofts have gotten fantastic improvement done by Los Angeles Design Group (LADG). The building of the lofts itself is the one that has been quite old; Chicago Style Beaux-Arts built in 1906, on a downtown of Los Angles, California. Consisting 36 lofts, the old building has been more contemporary now with futuristic interior design.

The idea of the lofts refurbishment project is manufacturing more spaces but didn’t change the room’s size. Then the architects designed the rooms in the lofts with graphic pattern of parallel stripes so that it looks deeper and spacious. The artistic wall design and the supporting lighting also creates the sense of cloudiness. To complete the refurbishment project of Mercantile Lofts, LADG commissioned with a real estate investment firm; ICO Development that commits their works for the downtown’s revitalization. via
