The building design finished in green and colorful façade is a housing building for Utrecht University students designed by Architectenbureau Marlies Rohmer. The energetic building design really reflects the living space for the energetic young people. The students’ complex consists of 380 rooms, Unnik Tower, educatorium, party rooms, as well communal and commercial spaces on the ground floor.

The colorful façade of the building design was made from aluminum panels. The beautiful building design was formerly the university building. Then the building was refurbished to be a living space for students in comfortable atmosphere with beautiful existing landscape and open areas. via
