This is a nice villa in Dolni Dobrouc, Czech Republic designed by Alexandr Skalicky / ASMM Architekt. Located on a slope of a hill with beautiful surrounded views, the villa was designed with an interior concept like a residential countryside. The villa was designed with large entrance hall. Come into the internal of the villa, a space was placed to connect to the upper level of living area through a staircase; to the living and dining rooms.

The sloping hill in front of the villa gives a sense that the villa has a lower ground entrance area and upstairs for the living area. But that is a uniqueness of the architecture design. The south glazed walls give garden and valley views that can be enjoyed while relaxing in the spacious living area.

The villa architecture design looks smaller than it is actually. It consists of many sections and look likes a letter T so that the whole building of the villa can’t be looked from the garden. The villa has two garages that are placed on the lower level entrance hall and form a forefront of the whole space. via
