It is AIKYA commercial building in Bangalore, India. Designed by Cadence Architects, this building is quite unique with its sculptural façade. The commercial building is visualized as a common glass box and clad with ACP materials. The glass façade is designed as facility of the retail with high visibility.

A staircase is applied on the ground floor exterior connecting to the first level of the building blended with the faceted object. Ferro concrete is the materials applied to realize the crystalline form that then becomes animated box. As a commercial building, it is uniquely designed without parking area on the ground floor and it is floating. It also has a penthouse on the top that is connected by staircase and lift that also connect with the three floors of the building.

The architects also design the interior of the building consistently with the exterior. A figural void is made as an atrium that connects each level of the commercial building. Fiber cement board cut by laser becomes the inner surface of the box; giving distinct effect. As the next program, the penthouse above the building will be detached. via
