The Crabapple House is a sample of amazing home design in the category of eco-friendly house, modern, but giving the wildlife view to be enjoyed from the house. Randy Brown Architects have designed the house and it got AIA National Housing Award for the architecture work of eco-friendly category. However, the nature based home design also gives much modern touch including the features of Movie Theater as well as the access to the walking trails.

The architecture project has had 12 houses finished and ready to sell to those who want to live in a suburban area, enjoy the nature and the beautiful wildlife, as well as getting the eco-friendly house in an affordable price.
