Bathroom Design The Carrillo Residence by Ehrlich Architects

A long narrow site on the outskirts of Santa Monica Canyon with views that are far from the Pacific Ocean. Designed for young couples with two children, home addresses formal and informal family needs while taking advantage of the Southern California climate and outlook. Which has been designed by Ehrlich Architects in Pacific Palisades, California. Description of Ehrlich Architects: Residence Orientation Carrillo house occupies the site reinforce geometry. A series of courses defining rock mass while the ground floor of pure white box floating house bedroom wing and slides up and over rocks to hint towards the canyon and the views. Glass chamber volume of the room sat on the edge of the bar adjacent to the main house and dividing the outer space into two different courts. Front court informally providing full sun protected playground for children adjacent to the family zone. Formal court rear covers an outdoor dining area, barbecue, and infinity-edge pool and expand the view to the outside. The living room and dining room can be fully opened up to this court with a series of major axis of the door. Which has a large area glass parlor visual domain linking formal and informal and allow for the display to extend up to the canyon beyond. A wooden ceiling in the customary and traditional concrete-stained and exit emphasize a sense of visual continuity. Internally, the formal and informal family zone adults zone (and the main bedroom and children’s room at the top) are separated by a core of stairs and playground, and can be closed from each other with pocket doors. Built-in cabinets that are used throughout the house to divide a larger space into smaller areas. On the top floor of the playground will be converted into a third bedroom if needed. The master bedroom cantilevering create an outdoor dining area covered and drifted toward the canyon views.
