Great Relaxing Beach House Built in Impregnated Pine Wood by dRN Architects

Exterior Design Relaxing Beach House in Impregnated Pine Wood

This house is located in Tacna Hill, south Maitencillo, a famous beach resort of Chile. The house was occupied 122 square meters near the forest and the Pacific Ocean. This house is another great work by the Chilean architect major studios, dRN Architects (Nicolás Núñez del Río and Max). As a beach house should be one of this is the perfect place to relax, rest and gather with family and friends. It is basically the elevated platform, 3.8mts above the ground, which holds the two volumes of independent living and bedrooms, and a third downstairs bedroom for visitors. This free volume is placed on the platform, leaving part of it was empty, so that can easily incorporate the exterior interior. High platform and plan of rotation, gives the best view, toward the ocean and sunsets of summer. This building was built in pine wood impregnated, because most of the neighboring houses, in just 10 months.
