The classic building of Plaza de España, Madrid has been completely renovated by A-Cero to be a stunning building both in design and the function. The old building that was formerly a Public Administration building and the warehouse coal in the basement, now it becomes a luxury commercial building in the ground floor and exclusive apartments on the upper levels. Meanwhile, garage area was perfectly designed in the basement.
The building interior looked awful before renovated, but with the great concept of A-Cero architects, the great building in 5.702 sqm can become a luxury and awesome building now without losing the original building design. Six apartments were built in each level of the apartment floors. They were well designed for high quality living area with wonderful interior and high class furniture such as Corian as well as other luxury furniture types. Via
