The Mad Park Residence was designed by Vandeventer + Carlander Architects in one of prestigious neighborhoods in Seattle, Washington. The residence has been uniquely designed with the stunning architecture and interior design that combined a living space with contemporary art collections gallery of the family. Besides, the architects should also design the residence as a nice living space for children.

The interior design of the residence consists of four main elements; they are glass panels that enclose the main floor, wood particles for the upper floor, service area which is steel covered, and stucco office. The living area in the main floor contains a living room, a dining room, and family room that are directly connected to the patio and garden. Much lighting comes into the living area for the glass panels.

The five bedrooms on the upper floor were designed with the Alaskan Yellow Cedar. The gallery space in the lower floor can be viewed from the upper floor through the hallway and bridges provided. The service area consists of kitchen, bathrooms, closets, laundry, mud room, and stair. via
