Located on the south side of Edmonton, Alberta, Manasc Issac call center ex-change into the new Corporate Head for Servus Credit Union, one of the 50 best Canadian-run company.  This building provides administrative offices for 400 staff, data center and archival records.  It is expected to achieve LEED ® Silver, this building is a showpiece ecologically responsible and comfortable and healthy environment for staff and clients.

Manasc Isaac was chosen for their experience building a green area, a unique integrated design approach and commitment to creating successful, high performance, sustainable buildings.  Shared vision is to provide Servus with facilities, welcoming environment and environmentally friendly, healthy, safe work.  Almost every surface of the call center dark and oppressive by Manasc Isaac redesigned to create an environment, more attractive bright.  The most important changes was the addition of clerestory, cutting the floor and the stairs through the building core.  Creating a sense of natural daylight throughout the building more livable, and also reduce electricity use by 15 to 25%.  Daylight and motion sensors are also added to the lighting throughout the building to save more energy.  Insulation and building design be improved by adding exterior cladding and high performance, operate, Visionwall ® 4-window curtain wall elements.

These changes increase wall insulation value of R12 to the r30 and windows from R1.5 to R7.  During development, many of the existing material is reused, and a large number of everyday items in the building contain recycled materials.  Improvements were also held with the existing mechanical system to produce air quality is significantly better.  Design of a new focus, including exercise / yoga room, bathroom and stalls for those who commute by bicycle, and accessibility to public transit.  Credit Union new facility is also designed to have the capacity and flexibility to enable future growth.  Initial consultation, research and analysis began in September 2008.  Servus staff began moving in during October of 2009.  Building official opening took place on November 4, 2010.
