Amazing Design of Radian Apartments by Erdy McHenry Architecture

The angular apartment building has fourteen storey and 500 apartments and retails. The concept of the apartment building design is to mix the environment of University educational and business.
Each dwelling of the apartment building gets different sizes with one to four bedrooms. Each floor also gets distinct arrangement of apartment in random connection and unexpected engagement. The inhabitants can enjoy the views outside through glass windows of the façade, they are connected the apartment building with a single frame like white ribbon.
On the ground level of the apartment building placed retail spaces and informal gathering space pushing back from the opened street. All inhabitants can enter the apartment building through the main entrance; a grand staircase. Outdoor dining is also available on the upper level terrace viewing the street glimpses. Furthermore, the apartment building is also sustainably designed featuring rain screen on the façade as well as green roof that can manage the storm and water well. via
